We work with pests and dogs—and with people, too. Mai is a trained massage therapist for both dogs and humans, while Peter is training to become a dog trainer and runs our pest control business, Sjællands Skadedyrsservice ApS.

Why mole traps?

For many years, we used phosphine to control moles. However, this method is not without complications, and restrictions on the use of phosphine are increasing—and rightly so, as it is classified as highly toxic. Wishing to reduce our use of poisons, we looked to the market for a simple alternative: mechanical mole traps. With the help of a greenkeeper, we discovered the V-Trap. We have been using this trap since 2016. In the summer of 2026, we had the opportunity to take over production and relocate it to Ringsted. The V-Trap is unique and highly effective because it is placed directly in the tunnel where the mole passes by every six hours. When we set these traps as part of our pest control service, we invariably make a catch by the next day—and now, you have the chance to do the same.
